There is something to be said about learning how to master your craft one day at a time. Years ago there were apprenticeships, positions that provided the opportunity for workers to learn their craft over a specified period of time; and making mistakes was expected. It was a way to build character and show off your ability to improve and master your trade. Those days are all but gone.

Today it is expected that you not only receive on the job training, but perfect your craft…

There are many responsibilities that go with…

Hi Denay,

Thanks for responding!  I am very new at the "social media" thing (novice), so slowly trying to utilize it to the fullest!  YIKES!

I would also love to communicate with you about your business (please email me @ much faster response there, and how you got started.  Right now I am trying to find a facility to make my products.  I saw that you also mentioned Shared Kitchens, LLC in Suwanee.  I talked to the owner last year at the Flavor of GA contest, and she said they were unable to make baked goods (one of my products that made the finals-biscotti).

I am going to drive up to Hillside Orchard Farm next week (northern GA). Please email me and I will tell you what I know about them.

Also Denay, you can go into some of your local specialty stores/shops such as The Fresh Market, Whole Foods and Harris Teeter in your area. If you demo your product for them and they like it they will usually bring it into there stores.
